MusicNT is the peak music organisation for the Northern Territory representing, developing and servicing the Territory’s original music industry.
As the lead contemporary music development body, MusicNT has a focus on developing and strengthening networks with national music industry representatives as well as strengthening links with regional centres throughout the Territory.
MusicNT operates offices in Darwin and Alice Springs.
As an active Board Member, I have participated in developing our signature projects – INTune, National Indigenous Music Awards, Bush Bands Business and Desert Divas. I also have been a key member of the Strategic Planning team, which has set the organisational framework and objects for the coming years.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Working with Board, Manager & staff to develop organisational strategies and operation
- Develop new project concepts and support existing initiatives
- Representing the organisation at key events
- Participating in Strategic Planning and visioning
